App privacy
Privacy in the Aerodrome Helper app
Draft – to be reviewed legally before publication.
Roles
Each aerodrome keeps its own data in the app and is responsible for it. Fly4Fun GmbH, Gässli 5, CH-7307 Jenins, runs the app on its behalf (data processing) and sees an aerodrome's data only where operation or a request of the aerodrome requires it. Fly4Fun GmbH itself is responsible for the drone portal account.
What the app processes
- addresses of pilots, tenants and other persons with contact details, roles, aircraft and places;
- requests from the aerodrome's website and from the drone portal with areas and times;
- depending on the booked modules movements, flight plans, observations from public sources, receipts, working time and payment requests;
- sign-in data of the users, an audit log with checksum and the devices for push messages.
Where the data is and who takes part
The app and its database run on servers in Germany; sign-in through a self-hosted Keycloak. Services taking part (sub-processors) are listed in the data processing agreement, among them Stripe for payments and Anthropic for reading receipt photos and for translations, each only if the aerodrome uses the module.
Your rights
If you want to know what an aerodrome keeps about you, contact its management; it creates the disclosure with the app. For your own drone portal account write to info@fly4fun-ragaz.ch.
