Aerodrome Helper

Privacy

Privacy policy

As of 11 October 2026. Applies to the website www.aerodrome-helper.com.

Who is responsible

The controller for the processing of personal data is Fly4Fun GmbH, Gässli 5, CH-7307 Jenins, reachable at info@fly4fun-ragaz.ch. We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where persons in the EU are concerned we additionally observe the GDPR.

This website

The website is a static site without accounts, forms or cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no third-party content is embedded.

We count visits ourselves, with Umami on our own server and without cookies: page visited, referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language. The IP address is only used to determine the country and region and is not stored; a key that changes daily distinguishes visits without recognising you. If “Do Not Track” is switched on in your browser, we count nothing. The data is deleted after 25 months.

On each visit the web server records in its log files the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the referring page. These data serve the operation and security of the server and are deleted after 30 days. The servers are located in Germany.

If you e-mail us, we store your message and contact details in order to reply.

The Aerodrome Helper app

The app is the working tool of an aerodrome's management. The data in the app is recorded by the respective aerodrome, which is responsible for it; Fly4Fun GmbH operates the app on its behalf. If you would like to know what details an aerodrome holds about you, contact its management.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification and to erasure, unless a retention obligation applies. Write to info@fly4fun-ragaz.ch.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The current version is always on this page; the date above shows its status.
